    Article 34: The State shall protect children from sexual exploitation and abuse, including prostitution and involvement in pornography.

    Who is a Child?
    Any person below 18 years of age

    What is Child Sexual Abuse?
    This includes the employment, persuasion, inducement, enticement or coercion of a child to engage in, or assist another person to engage in, sexual intercourse or lascivious conduct, or the molestation, prostitution of or incest with children

    Child Sexual Abuse occurs when a person, whether young or old, male or female, uses a child for his or her own sexual gratification.

    Sexual Abuse can be non-touching, touching, and/or it can cover a range of sexual behaviors
