My fellow eClub3310 Rotarians

First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome 3 new Rotarians who have officially joined us wef 1 July 2016. They are Patrick Wan, Richard Ong and Nadja Alexander. It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Family of Rotary!

If you are not aware, we are going to do a totally revamped website, www.rotaryeclub3310.org. To help build content matters, we would appreciate if you could connect with our Youth Service Director and IT Administrator, Zwen Chua, zwen Chua 9699 8995, by providing requested information from time to time.

As per President KW Ching's July Message, we are now using TEAM APP, a smartphone and pc friendly application, for communication among our members. If you have not downloaded the App, kindly do so now. Zwen will be available to assist you at our next physical meeting on 14 July 2016 @ Chinatown Point.

To fully enjoy Rotary, we need to know more about our beloved organisation called Rotary International. I have taken on the task to be Club Trainer on Rotary Information for this term. Fyi, I was formally inducted into Rotary Club of Changi on 2 January 1990 (my birthday) at OCBC Executive Club. My last appointment with them was Vice President. In 1995, under "Be A Friend" theme, I helped to charter the first lady majority club in District 3310, Rotary Club of Bukit Timah, and took office for 1999-2000 as "Centennial President" during 1999 RI Convention in Singapore. It was held at The British Club.

In June 2004, I became the Charter President of Rotary E-Club of 3310 after two provisional meetings held at OCBC Executive Club. Experience-wise, I have served in both "brick and mortar" and cyber clubs. Over those long years, I have served District 3310 in various capacities -- as Assistant Governor, District Governor's Special Representative for new Clubs and as District Chairs. I have served as District Vocational Service Chair for 3 terms under 3 different District Governors. Hopefully, I have sufficient credentials to be the Club Trainer.

You can begin by browsing through the Rotary files listed below. When you are ready, do check out more Rotary publications using this link... https://www.rotary.org/myrotary/en/s...%2Byour%2Bclub

Together, let's Enjoy Rotary... and as Rotarians, we need to remember this year's RI President theme of "Rotary Serving Humanity". God bless you!!

Regards
