Project Ray of Hope
Objective To provide expertise and funding to under-privileged students with Visual Processing Disorder to overcome their learning difficulties by prescribing filtered Irlen lenses as a remedy. ) A joint partnership between E-club 3310 and Irlen Dyslexic Clinic
Beneficiaries 50 students under MOE’S FAS (Financial Assistance Scheme) or SGD30,000 sponsorship 
Funds raised SGD13,450 (excluding funds from raffle draw)
Funds outstanding SGD16,550
Accomplishment  to date 11 FAS students (Spectra Sec School, Assumption English School, ITE Central, Boys Town)
Current In Progress 16 Spectra Students screened on 31 July 2022. Outcome will be known within next 7-10 days
Call to Action To raise SGD16,500 so that project sponsorship can proceed as planned


Project Gift of Sight (Simujan)
Objective To perform cataract surgery for people with impaired vision who do not have the financial means to undergo such treatment ( A partnership with Host Club RC Sarikei )
International Partners RC Singapore East, RC Tanjong Pagar, RC Kuching South, RC Jurong Town
Beneficiaries  100 beneficiaries at SGD130 each surgery as stipulated  under the Simujan  Hospital’s Welfare and Social Needs 
Funds raised SGD13,000

Project Community Service Happy Meals
Objective 1.To bring smiles and joy to the elderly poor, frails, physically challenged in the community and welfare homes via Project Happy Meals  . 2. To support and engage our local hawkers, food and beverage services in community service during the challenging Covid period. 3. To offer opportunity for  volunteers and members of the public to contribute in kind and cash towards a meaningful cause. 4. To promote Rotary’s brand image as People of Action, serving above self  and attracting like minded people to support Rotary’s Vision so that  together we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change across the globe in our communities and in ourselves

Beneficiaries General Community: Quan Yin Temple, Waterloo Street, Tooth Relic Buddhist Temple, Chinatown. Social and Welfare Homes: Swarmi Home for the Elderly  , Society for the Aged Sick, Peace Haven, All Saints Homes in Woodlands and Yishun, Moral Welfare Home, Angsana Home.

Project Community Service – Provision Distribution at Hao Ren Hao Shi (Good People Good Deeds)
Objective To promote the spirit of volunteerism and build a strong community of volunteers. Through community partnership, this seeks to help those in need regardless of race and religion, through its core beliefs of Joy, Hope, Confidence and Convenience
Partnership  Sponsorship of 1000 kg of rice and 1,000 pkts of biscuits
Beneficiaries  1,000 low income families from Housing Estates across Singapore
Criteria Beneficiaries approved by National Council of Social Services. 
Service Volunteer Hours 120 man hours per month x 4 = 480 man hours 
Duration  Every 1st Saturday of the month since May 2022
Contribution to date 4,000 kg rice and 4,000 pkts of biscuits
Call to Action  Contributions in kind or cash towards monthly purchase of provisions.
